Break Records

To get started all you need to do is choose three to five events and establish your personal best. Once you have your baseline score now your goal is to break records. Begin to work on the event and any supplementary exercises that will help you prepare to achieve a new personal best. Breaking records is a great feeling and will help keep you motivated to achieve your personal best.

One of the great things about this program is that it does not require a lot of equipment. A few things however are needed, such as a medicine ball and jump rope. Having worked in the fitness industry for many years and used a wide variety of equipment, I can say for certainty, buy quality the first time. Not only will the equipment last you for years to come, saving you money in the long run, the quality of the experience will be worth the few extra dollars.
